I like solving complex problems. City planning taught me how one decision ripples across everything. HCI taught me to start with people. I carry both into every product I design.

Right now I'm focused on a new design challenge: how humans and AI agents work together. It's not just human and interface anymore. There's an agent in between, and that changes everything.
